Cara merawat tubuh dengan Massage by Icabeauty.id

Kali ini aku akan membahas tentang beberapa treatment yang wajib kamu coba saat badan terasa lelah, letih lesu dan tidak bersemangat untuk melakukan aktivitasmu seperti biasanya. Apa saja treatment yang harus kamu lakukan ?, nah jawabanya da dibawah ini.

Treatment yang aku rekomendasikan adalah sebuah treatment yang dari zaman dulu sudah dikenal untuk mengambalikan tenaga supaya lebih bugar dan sehat. melalui treatment ini juga dapat memperlancar peredarandarah dalam tubuh, mendeteksi gangguan penyakit yang diderita oleh client dan tentunya akan membuat relax setiap orang yang sudah mencobanya.
Penasaran bukan apa sih treatment itu ? treatment ini adalah massage guys. Massage biasanya juga dikenal dengan pijat tradisional. tapi ada beberapa hal yang beda dengan pijat tradisional ya. karena biasanya pijat tradisional lebih menekankan pada urat dan syaraf, sedangkan massage lebih menekankan pada gerakan yang akan membuat kamu relax.

Massage juga sebagi bentuk terapy  yang memiliki beberapa jeni seperti :
1. Aromatherapy Massage
yaitu massage yang menggunakan aroma therapy saat pelaksanaan massage pada client sehingga dengan aroma tersebut dapat meningkatkan kesegaran dalam tubh karena menghirup wangi dari aroma yang digunakan saat massage.

2. Herbal Massage
yaitu massage yang mengkombinasikan dengan herbal oil saat mengaplikasikan massage, biasanya dalam bentuk oil massage. Bahan-bahan yang digunakan adalah bahan herbal alami seperti untuk scrub, base oil dll.

3. Musictherapy
yaitu terapi musik yang telah dilakukan dengan endengarkan musik yang dapat membuat client merasa tenang dan menghilangkan depres.

Nah, itulah tadi beberapa pengetahuan tentang therapi yang juga masih dalam lingkup Spa yah,,.
